EQUIPMENT

Cabin filters are being produced on up-to-date German equipment of the last generation. We use only high-effective Finnish materials. All PC-programms were written by German specialists. The programs for all newly filters are also provided by engineers of the German company and set up to the program of our line remotely over internet connection. Thus we fully eliminated a human factor during the process of production cabin filters. The line can be served only by one person. Also 4 persons are engaged in packing of the prepared products which go out after the stage of assembling.

Stage of putting the material into the line. At the same time through the line goes filtering material for making pleats and synthetic substract. Then starts the process of assembling.

The PC, which operates of the working process of the line.With its help it is possible to choose the program for any kind of filter. On the next picture the basic part of an assembly line is represented. It is 26 metres long

The line consists of several blocks, each of which carries out the following functions: pleats and collects a material, warms up glue and prepares a synthetic substrate, pastes a synthetic substrate to a material, cuts long filters according to that type of filter, which we need on the stage of output

On output we take filters, then register them with brandname emblems, top-level numbers and date of manufacturing. After it every filter is packed in an individual brandname box, put in a mass box and sent to a storage

The stand with the etalon samples of filters confirmed by Quality Department. Etalon filters are used for comparison with serial filters at a packing stage.

Thus, possibility of the defective products is absolutely avoided!
